The author use dog's vision to convey people should treat dog kindly. that dog’s wet nose is pressed against the crack of the door, and it repeats this posture every day. The sound of car doors, footsteps, the clinking of keys - every subtle sound makes my ears stand up like radar. In the painting, the setting sun shines through the crack in the door, shining on the flying dog's hair, its tail constantly hitting the floor, and its flattened nose leaves a shiny mark on the wooden door. The polished tiles reflected its shadow as it paced back and forth, and the fallen hair scattered on the floor hid countless times of helpless stretching.
