Specific details for each artwork (name, year of creation, medium, dimensions, unique characteristics) are provided on the individual product listing page. Please review this information carefully before purchase.

A Certificate of Authorization, signed by the artist, accompanies all Original Fine Art and Limited Edition Prints (excluding prints on watercolor paper). Each artwork is limited to a maximum of 10 prints in any size.
Pricing
The price listed on the artwork product page is the base price.
Taxes: Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, size, weight, and chosen service during checkout. You will see the final shipping cost before confirming payment.
Other Costs: No additional mandatory costs beyond the base price, taxes, and shipping are charged unless explicitly agreed upon for custom work.
Payment
Accepted Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal processed securely through our online checkout.
Deposits & Schedule:
Standard Artwork & Prints: Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Personalized Artwork & Commissions: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total agreed price is required to commence work. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion and final approval by the buyer before shipping.
Delivery
Processing Time:
Standard Artwork & Prints: Typically shipped within 1-2 business days after cleared payment.
Personalized Artwork & Prints: Typically ready to ship within 5-10 business days after final approval and cleared payment/deposit. This timeframe depends on current demand and the complexity of draft adjustments.
Shipping Time:
Domestic (Within Seller's Country): Typically 5-7 business days in transit.
International: Typically 10-14 business days in transit.
Personalized Artwork: May experience longer transit times.

Shipping Responsibility & Risk:
Deer's Workshop is responsible for packaging the artwork securely and arranging shipment with the carrier.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, as calculated and paid at checkout.
Risk of Loss/Damage: Risk of loss or damage to the artwork passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout. Deer's Workshop is not liable for loss or damage occurring during transit unless directly caused by our proven negligence in packaging. Claims for damage in transit must be filed by the buyer with the carrier.
Artist's Rights
Copyright Ownership: All artwork sold by Deer's Workshop is original and created by the artist. Copyright and all intellectual property rights remain exclusively with the artist (Deer's Workshop/Author).
Reproduction & Usage: The buyer acquires only the physical artwork. No rights to reproduce, copy, distribute, create derivative works, or use the image for commercial purposes (including online display beyond personal social media with clear credit) are granted unless a separate, explicit written license agreement is purchased and provided by Deer's Workshop. Unauthorized copying or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Reflection Period/Right of Withdrawal
We offer a "14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee" from the date of delivery. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase (excluding Personalized Artwork & Commissions - see below), you may return the artwork in its original, unused, and undamaged condition with all packaging for a refund of the artwork purchase price (excluding original shipping costs). Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Personalized Artwork & Commissions are final sale due to their custom nature and are not eligible for return unless damaged or significantly not as described. Termination
By Buyer: For standard in-stock artwork, orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. Personalized Artwork/Commissions can only be cancelled before work commences (deposit refunded minus any incurred costs). Once work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation after completion but before shipment forfeits the deposit; the balance is only due if the work cannot be resold.
By Deer's Workshop: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: artwork unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to fulfill personalized requests satisfactorily. If cancellation occurs by us, you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid.
Penalties: No penalties apply beyond the non-refundable deposit for personalized work if the buyer terminates after work has commenced.
Consignment Agreements
Deer's Workshop currently does not operate on a consignment model with galleries. All artwork sold is direct from the artist's inventory. Therefore, consignment terms are not applicable.
Commission Agreements (Personalized Work)
Scope: A detailed project proposal outlining the concept, specifications (size, medium, style), number of included revisions, and timeline will be provided and agreed upon in writing (email suffices) before the deposit is paid.
Payment: 50% non-refundable deposit required to start. Final 50% payment due upon the buyer's final approval of the completed work, before shipping.
Revisions: The number of included revisions will be specified in the project proposal. Significant changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees and extend the timeline.
Termination: See Section 7 (Termination). If Deer's Workshop terminates due to inability to proceed or buyer breach, the deposit may be retained to cover work completed. If the buyer terminates after commencement, the deposit is forfeited.
